Time Warner Cable. They told me they were sending the sucking converter boxes I need to rent from them since they're getting ready to start encrypting all channels, never did, so I had to go wait 45 minutes in line to pick them up instead. They're so much worse than the DMV, what a piece of company. I bet the line for getting county checks doesn't move this slowly.

Verison used to have an outgoing message that said words to the effect of:
"Rather then using your cell phone, we need you to call back from a landline so that we can help resolve the issues with your cellphone.
Then when you called their suggested number from a landline it said "We only take calls from Verison mobile devices. Goodbye" Click.

Ontario and BC have decent customer service because of the compe ion factor. Manitoba regulates it's cable and Internet providers to MTS and Shaw..Shaw is decent but their internet is so unreliable. The Local company MTS doesn't give a about customer service because they know people have no other options so they really haven't done jack with their customer service. I called them once to help me with TV and I was on hold for 45 minutes and when I finally was on line I got a 50+ year old smartass on the phone.
They need to allow compe ion to penetrate the city already...SMDH

The absolute worst customer service in the history of customer service would be the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms. They would take forever to approve a Form 4. You would call and some chicken eating Shaquisha would answer the phone and say "oh yeah I was about to send that off" 6 months after the deadline. They moved their office to a whiter part of the country and guess what? Response time improved by 4 months from 7 months to 3.
I use Rokus on those TVs that were plugged into the wall. I get all the channels except FSSW and I can cast that from my phone if I really want it.
Aren't they getting ready to encrypt the channels though? Then you're pretty much forced into using their boxes. Nice way to bill us per TV. ing assholes.

No, Rokus have TWCtv available in their channel store so you can run it just like you do on your phone/tablet whatever. It doesn't get local Fox Sports like I said and you have to watch ESPN on its own Roku channel, but overall it's not bad. I'd keep the little converter while it's free but ditch it for the Roku afterward.
Of course, all this assumes that Charter won't stop supporting it.

I don't think its even debatable. Google by far has the worst customer service. For one simple reason. They literally do not have a customer service department. You can reach someone if you're spending money on adwords but unless you're a "paying" customer you can't get anything out of them. I can't think of any one company that has done as much damage to small and local business as google. The amount of local traffic they control borderlines on a monopoly and the fact that can make your website disappear from organic search results should be criminal.
these ing stores like Walmart heb n got 2 main entrances but close 1 after a certain hour so if you parked on one side, you sometimes gotta exit way the around the other side and come back to your car parked by your original entrance. Just ing leave that open assholes during business hours stop trying to finish early es.. I'm sure some of you s can tell your bosses to do something about that . ing 25 plus registers and the only 2 open got lines out the ing ass. Hey ing walmart, spring for the extra 7-8 dollars for maybe 3 or 4 extra hours and pay someone to ring up wtf you got 15 damn people in each line, 1 exit closed and employees that hate the job. Unless I got no other choice, i stay the out these ty stores. Online shopping is the ing .

Time Warner Cable is making major changes regarding customer service and soon we'll implement the changes worldwide by beginning of 2016.
At the moment we have hired a lot of people here in San Antonio alone and across Texas so that's a good thing.
