we'll give you Tyron Smith for 5 weeks of Brady (until Romo returns). Deal?
yet you pick a team that has a turnover machine at QB with a terrible defense in a weak division instead. Whatever man, ignore the fact that Carolina beat a team who is 28-2 at home with RW as a starter. Ignore that a team who doesn't have their best receiver beat a team full of all-Pro secondary members.

with kelvin Benjamin you're basically the Seahawks of the last 2 years. Decent option QB, average oline, lousy receiving corps, great defense (especially in the secondary). Meh
Scrub, your Panthers are undefeated and having a great season but lets be reasonable,,,you know and I know they have no chance of winning it all,,,
i don't care about the next 5 weeks, i only care about the team being healthy for the post season. We have the deepest and probably youngest offensive line, still it sucks when tackles get injured.
If The Ravens can win with a stout D and Trent Dilder at QB, we definitely can win it all.
yeah Nate Solder has been with the team for like forever so that's a killer blow. Even with giant traffic cones for o-linemen Brady and the Pats would be just fine, tbh
Meh? That team went to the SB the past two years. KB > any Hawks receiver
2000 Ravens D is probably one of the top 3 defenses of all time. top 5 at worst. panthers defense is strong, but not legendary like those guys
granted, newton > dilfer and olsen is probably close to as good as what shannon sharpe was at that age
oops, I meant WITHOUT kelvin benjamin. My bad
Different D's and head coaches,,,I would take Billick over Rivera and it wouldn't be close,,,
Here's how good that 1999 Raven Super Bowl winning defense was,,,they had Rex Ryan as D-Line coach,,,Jack Del Rio as linebacker coach and Marvin Lewis as Defensive coordinator,,,all head coaches in the NFL right now,,,,
Are you kidding me? Indy clearly recovered.
Funny how pats Oline is a patchwork and he still gets a load of time. that system is incredible.
Pats secondary has been a paper tiger all year. Dalton could finally make things interesting
Why didn't this "system" ever work in Cleveland?
The big reason why that comparison doesn't fly is all the rule changes between 2000 and now. The days of being able to Dilfer your way to a SB are over.
I seem to recall a certain got Dilfering their way to a SB two years ago, tbh.
Dalton
He'll his pants like always.
As for this game, the Pats' secondary is going to prevent another SB unless a mid-season trade happens. McCourty has gone back to being the overrated, mediocre safety he was before he had Revis to make him look good, while all the corners sans Malcolm Butler ing suck. Kinda sucks since this is the best offense they've had since '07 and their pass rush is no longer the liability it has been for close to a decade.
At least BB/Kraft can pat themselves on the back for playing hardball with Revis!
He made more plays than Dilfer had to![]()
they are not blitzing though.. they prefer to double gronk all the time.
