No, there isn't a stat like that. Likewise there isn't a stat to support your argument either. Usage rate doesn't represent what you think it represents. I don't think he has the ball in his hands so little that he should be averaging the same APG as Raul Neto.

The first time u mentioned his play u said something like "he did a, b, c, not much else" and I tried to ask what else you wanted him to do.

I'm just going to assume that it's not a wild coincidence that kawhi has done more initiating of the offense and that parkers usage and assists are down

Did y'all even watch the game?? He had some good kick outs to LMA and TD who clanked wide open jump shots. Not to mention the team doesn't rely on the PG to play make like other teams in the league because the whole starting lineup moves the ball unselfishly within the confines of Pops system. Manu of course has more assists because he is the engine of the second unit that's his job, the second unit isn't capable of moving the ball and creating their own shots to the extent that the Starting 5 can obviously.
