That is weird, huh? RW has the superior stats, if ya don't believe me just Google the two. Just proves that winning trumps everything.
Who is the MVP?

Or it proves that the game is played on the field... not on paper.
Hmm..... Hoyer has a higher QBR than Brady this year... What does that mean?
Answer me this... does Wilson go 13-0 on that Carolina team?? Lets pretend Newton was on Seattle for that game at home.. does Wilson lead that last second touchdown drive 80 yards?
Trust me anything Newton can do RW can do better and it should be real obvious. guy just look at their career numbers.RW is the better passer.
Dude, why don't you cool the silliness take a few minutes and actually Google their career stats, ok? Something ya never do. RW has won far more games than Newton, and is 4-1 against him. Keep it real, ok?
Dude....
Newton career
comp % 59.4
td/int...110-64
QBrating...87.3
RW
comp % 64.7
td/int...98/33
QBrating...101.3

Wilson is not the better passer. Wilson has had a better team around him with better weapons. Jonathan Stewart has been great for us and has always been reliable.. but he's not Marshawn Lynch.
Wilson would struggle very badly on this Carolina team. I've watched Wilson play for three years at NC State. He's accurate, but he's not asked to read defenses. He's not asked to win games. He's simply asked to make plays with his legs and not turn it over. Newton is asked to win games and read the defense. Newton is a pocket passer with the ability to run.
You do know RW left the college game as the all time passing efficency leader, right?
You do know RW has a far higher pass comp % and far less INT's and a massive advantage at QB rating.
You're so wrong it's comical.
What do you have against reality?
You don't know football.
Little man, I've forgotten more about this stuff than anyone here will ever know and it should be obvious.
RW wins more, he completes a higher % of his passes, he throws far less INT's, he has a far better QB rating and he's a better runner also.
Dude the Panthers did play..
Jacksonville
Tennesse
New Orleans twice
Atlanta
Dallas
ok?
Cam Newton is good, he's just no RW.
Have you seen the teams Wilson has put his best numbers up against? 25% of his wins this year were to Jimmy Clausen. You are ignoring that he completely the bed against Green Bay, Cincinnati, Carolina.... Detroit...... St. Louis... need I go on?
Newton has played better this year, no need to be a homer about it. You completely ignored my Hoyer QBR vent... as usual.... you ignore that Newton is asked to do more... as usual... and you ignore that Newton has far less weapons.... as usual.
Why totally ignore what the numbers tell us? And what receiver does RW have on a par with Olson? And this season that Panther D is better than the Seahawks D. And Stewart is playing while Lynch isn't. And why ignore the fact the Panthers played a weaker schedule? And why ignore the fact a stupid blown coverage is the only reason RW isn't 5-0 vs Newton?
Dude, RW averages 5.9 a carry, Newton 5.3, RW has the superior comp %, QB rating. What the are you looking at?
Career wise it's not even close, it's all about RW.
Cam is having a nice season but he's no Russell Wilson and that should be real obvious.
Do this, find me anything that Newton has done better than RW, come on, what is that? It's not wins, it's not passing stats, it's not playoff success, it's not rushing, so what is it?

Whatever man think what you want.
Is it a coincidence that Wilson's best games are blowout wins against terrible defenses? Newton has shown time and time again that he can win the game in the pocket against elite and above average defenses. You can show me all the completion percentages, QBR, etc you want, but you also won't respond to the flaws with that basis - Alex Smith, Tyrod Taylor and Hoyer would be elite QB's in that regard.
There's a reason Newton is the MVP and Wilson is just a "yeah he's playing well". It's because Newton takes over the game with his arm. Wilson has better weapons, a running back that was averaging 6 yards a carry. We will see in the playoffs.
never said newton isn't having a great year, and i never said wilson is a more deserving mvp candidate. wilson's a better pocket passer though. olsen is the best weapon either QB has
Wrong. Jimmy Graham was a better receiving TE every year he's been in the league except this year. And you'd take Ginn over Lockette?
You're wrong on this one spur raider.
Wow~~~~~~~~
RW has more reg season wins
far better playoff success
has beaten Newton 4-1
has a better comp %
has a better td/int ratio
has a better rushing average
has a better QB rating
Come on little fella, cool the fantasy bull , ok?
Newton has less wins, inferior stats, that is a fact, alright?
fixed for you. how many total TD's do they have this year too?
Cam Newton is the MVP this year and Wilson isn't even in the conversation. That pretty much soldifies who had a better year this year.
Why do you wander around in that fantasy land?
Panthers played one of the easiest schedules in the league and Newton still has the inferior stats to RW. What about that don't you understand?
Dude. compare the stats for 2015, what do you see, well? RW is having the better season, you can't read?

ya is that so? So why is it that most of the nation disagrees with you?
Wins. It's all about winning. But. those who actually understand the game know about....
Panthers played a rinkydink schedule, and the Seahawks had offensive line problem early on.
Why do you keep totally ignoring the fact RW is the top ranked QB in the league, Newton.....number nine!!!!!!
graham hasn't played for a few weeks, which have been wilson's best games
Teams mostly figured out Graham when he's in the game. Expect a passing play and also put a physical CB on him and he's pretty much neutralized.
