I changed my life Monday morning. No more sugar. It was killing me, Killa. I couldn't think straight. I napped all the time. I couldn't get out of couch each day without feeling like I'd been beat with a good sized stick. 3 days later and the change is profound. I wake up with energy. Sure, I don't do anything with it, yes, but, I have it. No more eating in front of the TV. I eat at the table. I haven't disgraced myself with food since just before I gave up sugar Monday 3AM when I had a peanut butter & stale honey sandwich.

It ain't easy stinking like this. But, Christ, I've been preparing myself for this since ringing in '85. That's just me. I've died a thousand times, so, now that it is actually here I'm intimately familiar with it. I've peered out that door for 30 years. Now I finally know how it looks at reality. We were on the precipice of this abyss post '10 Finals. On the very edge. I do not believe we have made one cogent decision/choice since Game 7, '10. It's just fantastic how we've fallen. And we still have not found bottom. I fear there may not be one for us.
