posters that have over 99 000 posts with less than 10% consisting of basketball talk(Chumpdumper)
straight-up strange individuals(Koolaidman, cantthinkofanything, mouse, that poster in my Aldridge "worth it" thread, boutons, etc)
race-baiters(Trill Clinton, etc)
racists(Spurstacular, Ambchang)
nazis(mavs>spurs, most of the NFL forum)
terrorists(lefty, Ghazi)
people that posted personal info and pictures and were clowned forever(koriwhat, Technique, etc)
posters that have meltdowns and threaten to take down the forum(xmas)
man that pretends to be a mack on ST, yet has thousands of posts on a Naruto forum(lakaluva)

Very unique community, tbh..

I see chump in game threads a lot more often than most of the people around here tbh

SpursTalk clearly isn't the same as it once was, but the freedom here makes it much more enjoyable than ty forums like RealGM/Reddit, tbh..sports forums are generally filled with corny, lame-ass people that give boring, repe ive opinions..you'll find a lot of those here, too, but at least there's balance with humor..

In general, though, hardcore sports fans are unlikable and uninteresting, tbh..some of us here exhibit sociopath/schizophrenic/bipolar behavior, at times, it keeps things interesting

Spurs Talk has actually gotten better over the years. I don't post much, but I have experienced heavily moderated sites and they are GAWD AWFUL. Nothing worse than being bullied by an overactive thought police mod exercising their tiny little ounce of authority. Especially when they (GASP) threaten to suspend your posting privileges for posting horrible filth such as the word "fat." Seriously, did happen to me once.

If one would come here today for the first time, it probably looks like a bunch of teenage girls arguing back and forth with all the drama going on and i can see why some are turned off by it.

I'm an original member there. Have Thousands upon thousands upon thousands of posts, and earned a few Spurs under my name.
I left that place. They don't moderate it. The most obscene and rude things are posted there. Half naked chicks, and every insult you can imagine in the next post.
It's a maturity thing. They don't have it.
