That celebration at the end was disgusting. Chest bumping all about me at ude.
Beat him and then you can show the world how to casually walk off the floor. Winners get to do whatever the they want.

If I was the greatest basketball player in the world and dominating top NBA teams on national television every week while millions of people scream my name around the world, I'd be prancing around like I had a 12-foot too. I'd prob be celebrating even more than him tbh

While I've made it clear that I disapprove of the double-standard in the media towards Curry and the Warriors, I don't know why anybody would dislike him, other than the typical "hating the best" mentality, which is fine..

I kind of understood why people disliked Lebron, despite being a good guy off the court by all accounts, since he's egotistical, etc..

With Curry, it doesn't really make much sense..he'll never have an off-court incident, he's fun to watch, he looks like a little kids, he's religious(if you're into that type of thing), etc..

These are the same sports fans that idolize Michael Jordan, one of the worst human beings to ever play pro sports
He's like his dad. Dell Curry was a nice guy, probably still is. There are some oddities happening in Golden State that boggle the mind:

    1. Curry's shooting (not just ability, but results because the league is full of people with shooting ability, but they miss due to someone closing out on them or because they didn't go up straight or something, not Curry)
    2. New head coach with an unknown philosophy and coaching style who was out half the season
    3. AI coming off the bench, clutch as (the most clutch player I've seen in a long time). He stroked those FTs like he was practicing.
    4. Having the 2 best 3pt shooters in the NBA on the same team, both with short quick releases.
    5. Bench that doesn't give up big leads
    6. Most importantly, team that was ousted in the 1st round in 2014 turning into a juggernaut with basically only a coaching change.

Those are each individually interesting storylines but combined they are really hard to wrap your head around. So yeah, I'm enjoying their season as well. I actually stopped watching the Houston game after we went up by 20 in the 1st half and started watching the GS/OKC game instead. Great game, best I've seen in the regular season since I can recall.

We usually do beat them. What's our record against them in recent years? 12-4? I don't know. I don't remember them winning many. Maybe that's all changed....maybe not.

Ok, stop with the Dubs ass kissing and get back to cheering your ing team.
This, I remember back in 2007 when everyone was kissing the Mavs and Suns ass, they all said the 60+ win Mavs and Suns teams were a step ahead of the 58 win Spurs squad. It was all but written that a Suns vs Mavs WCF was going to happen. The rest is history. Everyone wrote us off, the playoffs are a different animal, we know how to find the next gear. Spurs in 6 vs the Warriors.

I agree, his showboating can be annoying, but he is more than backing it up, and putting on a good show against, today's NBA.

You'll never find video evidence of the Spurs acting like that in the Pop era so this cheering for arrogance surprises me from Spurs fans.
Celebrating is fine by me, what annoys me is the double standards, I mean not too long ago a tech for staring down the bench after a 3 practically cost us a trip to the finals, curry gets away with worse every game.

How many time has LeHype been found doin the KidNPlay on the sideline? Only player that stood up to him was Joakim Noah.

Curry got his ankle jumped on, left the game, came back, broke his season 3pt record, tied Kobe's single game 3pt record - which won the game. I'd be happy too if I were him.

This game might have sealed the deal with breaking the Bulls record tbh.

Curry celebrating is annoying as , bit that's not what reply bothers me. It's the fact to nobody in the NBA has stepped up and put his ass on the floor. If he can do this after getting roughed up a little, then ill be impressed. Right now, he's out there landing triple axels and nobody has checked him into the board.

Best shooter ever no doubt, but until someone gets physical with him, its just target practice.

no point beating him in a meaningless RS game man, must exposed him in the playoffs...then if you win the series u can jump hip hop horay like a monkey

then again if you dont make the finals or win teh championship after disposing the used tampon worriers, then whats there to celebrate about?

Would you say that about TD, who will retire as the greatest power forward of all time yet also known for his stoicism? Don't get Spurs fan rationalizing this behavior when the team they claim to root for couldn't be further from that at ude.
or you know.. you could just appreciate seeing an amazingly talented player do some incredible things. get off your high horse.

I'd argue that no one really paid them much attention , rather than then just coming out of nowhere.

2013 playoffs: very compe ive series with Spurs where they could've easily been up 3-1 if Manu doesn't hit that insane gw iirc. David Lee was also out that series and Curry rolled his ankle in game 3? Or 4?

2014 playoffs: Bogut who was their defensive anchor at the time was out and they still took the clips to seven.

Then they acquired Shaun Livingston, Iggy(or traded for him in the 13-14 season icr), and Barbosa, got rid of some dead weight in Lee and Mark Jackson and upgraded with Steve Kerr. That combined with guys they drafted entering their prime(Curry, Klay, Barnes?) should've at least put the league on notice. They were already a solid talented team, but they fixed their two biggest issues, coaching and bench play, and somehow no one really took then seriously.
