I will take a sweep of the first round over last years first round exit. Watching spurs out of the playoffs is doable as a fan of the sport. Prefer to watch my home team go all the way to a championship. The off season was so long last summer.
These games do mean something, in the sense that: if you're not able to get your offensive game going now that you're playing against mediocre compe ion withou any pressure at all, It's not very likely that you will get it later against elite teams and with the pressure on. Specially since this problem (lack of offense), is a problem that comes from a lot ago and, it's not looking like something that could be turn on like a switch.

Coaching staff is marking down every turnover and error on both ends these last two games. Evidently it will provide ample fuel going into the next series as a work in progress about the offensive positioning and defensive misfires and communication.
Green is starting to drop his shots in the bucket, Patty is firing in the cylinder with frequency, LMA seems to be managing the pinky better day by day, Leonard is picking his spots on the offense side of the court and still plaguing players as a defender. Timmy has had some odd turnovers here and there. The starting lineup seems to get into some scoring droughts but not from a lack of open looks, seems like more from a lack of compe ion from the opponent they are facing. Just playing in auto pilot through out periods of the game.

It's the Playoffs... it's the only time of the year when the games do mean something.
lmao theyre too dumb to do that. The Thunder are not scary what so ever.
The Spurs are just doing what they're supposed to do--beat a team that they're supposed to beat. I'd rather save my rants and concerns next round.
Bwahahaha
That was freakin' hilarious. Joerger was funny, too. He was just laughing.
Who are these "people"? Every Spurs fan I know is like meh...OKC yet???
This.
To say these games "don't mean anything." Well, last I looked...All playoff games mean something.
Smh I'm not obviously talking about the fact we are 2-0 I'm talking about take always in terms of rotation, plays, minutes etc...
Backpedaling is not a good look for you bro
if you under estimate Memphis, here is the thing
Will the NCAA Champ or the European Champ beat the out of Memphis??
i doubt it, .....hahahahaha
there is your answer
you forget that Vince Carter was once considered the heir to the greatest ever.......
of course he is old now, but hey....try to get any of us Spurs fans play him one-on-one!!!!!
hahahahahahahahahahahahhaahha
It gives us rest, and practice time, so I'll take it.
We have had other blow out series before (Lakers in the first round of 2013) but somehow they were more entertaining. Maybe its just more fun to thump the Lakers.
After which Pop then proceeds to do absolutely nothing about his concerns...
Only injuries will us in the 2nd round tbh. Knock on wood
If we remain healthy I don't see OKC beating us unless they sign James Hardon
Obviously in the WCFs, Eliancito will proceed to go Kermit Washington on our ass
I understand what OP is saying and I agree.
