Maybe witchybrook is sneaking out pregame and marking X's on the spots where the Spurs shoot from? Makes about as much sense as thunderfans reasoning.
He said it looks like OKC figured SA out. I showed him that stat to try and apply context that while OKC has definitely been more engaged & active, that SA's amount of uncontested looks have remained pretty constant. He just flipped out.
He and Matt Moore have this thing where they troll Spurs fans and I responded to a few things and he got mad. Specifically he was retweeting Matt Moore trolling Spurs fans about the missed WB call at the end. They were saying "he didn't wrap him up".
I asked if LMA wrapped up WB on that And-1 because evidently if you don't wrap up, it's not a foul. He got mad that I tweeted him 4 times explaining why it's not cool to mock Spurs fans for being upset when most agree it was a foul and the NBA report acknowledged it was a foul.
Oh well. Adds to the fire of everyone outside of SA wanting SA to go down. Hope SA pulls it off.

Probably the last time the Thunder fans get to witness a home loss versus Tim Duncan and the San Antonio Spurs. I wish I could be there![]()
!
Melissa is here, that n ugly is bad luck!!
Do you ever look at your sig and wish it didnt happen?
Hope the guys step up and win it. Oh and I hope Pop lets them play since they'll have an extra day off to recover for a potential game 7.
It's over. I really don't want it to be, but it's over. OKC in 6.
The Warriors will then brutally sweep OKC.
The inevitable Warriors-Cavs Finals will be a good series...6 or 7 games, tbh.
The last game thread the Spurs were down 3-2 to OKC with Game 6 on the road in 2012:

Nope, I'm happy for him. That guy became very well known after the LaMarcus Aldridge signing. His name is Pablo, he quit his job as a waiter/valet and went on to use his fame as several marketing opportunities began to emerge, leading to the opening of his new restaurant near Venice Beach named Hard Rick. He's living the dream man.
Bad ending to Duncan/Manu era: Spurs lose to GSW in 5.
Perfect ending to Duncan/Manu era: Spurs lose game 6/7 on a controversial ref call confirming anti-Spurs conspiracies and leading Tim to walk off the court and declare NBA is now FIBA and he'll never play again. And then drop the mic.
WOW you are highly annoying TBH!
Just rebound the damn ball and score more than them!![]()
Damn.. If the Spurs can beat OKC I think they have a legit chance to beat the Warriors... The Warriors can barely beat the Trilbl
zers.
If the Warriors going back to the finals is not enough motivation conference finals is not enough motivation to win tomorrow for the Spurs. I don't know what is. If the Spurs are a championship team, the will figure out a way to win two in a row.![]()
Great take Darius! At this point I think the Thunder are a much tougher matchup than the Warriors at this point. Lack of great rebounding seems like what is our weakness. Spurs will be able to slow down against them, and rebound much better against them. Our perimeter defense will do fine against them.
Thing is, the warriors consistently win their close games. Not the case with our Spurs.
I agree. Rebounding should not be an issue against Bogut or Green. Adams and Kanter have just been murdering us on the boards. I just want Pop to put Boban in and just have him around with Adams. Put a body on him and knock him around. Because apparently the Bigs we have been playing can't do that. We need Game 1 Spurs tonight. We need Green's threes. We need vintage Manu penetrations. We need Tim's defense and rebounding. Aldridge and Leonard can get their's tomorrow. It's the others who need to show.
To be fair, the Warriors haven't had too many close games. OKC in overtime, Spurs win here at home. We just need to beat OKC and then keep it close against the Dubs to give us a shot at beating them late in the game.
We've seen Portland be able to jump on the Dubs early. They led the game at halftime each of the last 3 games against them. They just run out of gas, having to play exceptionally good to make it a game. Spurs can do that too, and have a deeper bench than Portland to give our starters more breathers.
<3![]()
Let's ing do this!
I want a big game from the bench tomorrow. I want game seven!
