Spurs need to decide how they want to use Diaw. If they want him to be heavy enough (fat enough) to mark centers and fast enough to guard small forwards and switch on Guards?
Also Diaw cannot display his full skillset if you spot him in a corner to shoot jumpers, while LMA and Kahwi are playing Isolation ball.
Unless we (Pop) are planning to get back to our ball movement offense of 2014, there is no point of keeping guys like Diaw.

Any form of Diaw will never match up well with Centers. Ever since he became Walrus Diaw after 2014, he hasn't gotten as many mismatches as he used to down low...

He's done. He's reaching Jeff Ayres levels of annoyance. Instead of clapping his hands after a turnover, he rubs them.

Pop can't keep playing Diaw and Ander together, it's ing terrible. Both are soft and over passive when left wide open from three. Trade one.

Dumping Diaw only makes sense if Tim/Manu retire otherwise they are better off offering the MLE to someone like Mozgov/Aldrich/Plumlee then demoting D-Worst to the 5th big spot.
