The word racism seems to have a different meaning depending on one's narrative. For example in your narrative taking the comment "my African American" without any context is apparently racism. It's as if you're referring to the comment as indicating some sort of ownership or something. "My" is a possessive pronoun so I get where you could make that leap, but I don't believe Trump's intention was anything like that. It was more along the line of "my African American friend" in my opinion. Not racist.

That makes sense in a vacuum, but there's really no proof of any partiality on the Judge's part thus far. Is there?

The irony here is that Trump U being a scam or not really has nothing to do with Trump's campaign. If he was smart he'd be sweeping it under the rug every chance it crept back out instead of politicizing it for seemingly no reason.
