lol, come on Westbrook. Announce that you want to be traded and that the only team you want to be traded to is the Spurs. Say you'll block any other trade. Just do it. Let's get this vengeance tour going.
Jalen Rose likes the way you think, he said the same thing on his show.

Yep, aside from the Cavaliers, Spurs are the only team Westbrook could go to and challenge GS, I'm sure he realizes that.

    Westbrook/Green/Leonard/Aldrdige/Gasol hnnnnnnnng

The most recent example of that was Carmelo forcing his way to the Knicks in exchange for assets when he could have just signed in the offseason.

Westbrook FG% in the playoffs (last 5 playoff runs):

    2011: 39%
    2012: 44%
    2013: 42%
    2014: 42%
    2016: 41%

    Average: 41%

The guy is a consistently terrible shooter in the playoffs (a little worse even than how bad he is in the regular season), so the last thing you want is him shooting a high volume, which is exactly what you get (21 shots a game on average).

This is why, even with the MVP and a stacked cast, the Thunder couldn't win a championship. And when Durant got hurt, Westbrook couldn't even make the playoffs. The guy is a ball domainant player who can't shoot and truly disappears at the end of games...well, actually it would be better if he disappeared. He actually shoots them out of close games. No thanks.

A Porker stan talking about playoff statistics... ya gotta believe me!

Based on the dropoff in BPM from regular season to post-season:

Might as well have all the data in one place.

Just look at the dropoff in every advanced metric from season(RS) to post-season(PS).

    19.0 PER RS
    16.9 PER PS

    .147 WS/48 RS
    .085 WS/48 PS

    109 ORtg RS
    103 ORtg PS

    .550 TS% RS
    .515 TS% PS

    32.7% Assist Percentage RS
    27.7% Assist Percentage PS

    1.2 BPM RS
    0.2 BPM PS
    This season's choke:

    16.2 PER RS
    15.1 PER PS

    .142 WS/48 RS
    .099 WS/48 PS

    108 ORtg RS
    103 ORtg PS

    .546 TS% RS
    .499 TS% PS

    29.1% Assist Percentage RS
32.8% Assist Percentage PS (wow, he actually improved at something in the playoffs for once!)

    0.1 BPM RS
    -0.5 BPM PS
You brought up the top 10 points list. Lets look at the playoff efficiency(true shooting percentage) of all the players on that list(up to Tony) and see how Parker stacks up:

    .568 - Jordan
    .571 - Kareem
    .541 - Kobe
    .565 - Shaq
    .550 - Duncan
    .526 - Malone
    .577 - Lebron
    .541 - Jerry West
    .498 - Havlicek
    .551 - Bird
    .515 - Parker

Everybody on that list has scored a lot of points in the playoffs on good efficiency. Except for the three bolded players. These three stand out as being considerably less efficient than the others. Malone is a reputed choke artist in the playoffs. His low efficiency reflects that. Parker's another one. Just more proof that these two are the biggest choke artists in post-season history.

How about we compare Parker's .515 TS% to other great PGs past and present:

    .595 - Magic
    .568 - Stockton
    .583 - Nash
    .578 - Billups
    .577 - Paul
    .515 - Parker

Poor Tony isn't even close. Then again, TP never was an elite point guard.

Here's the funniest part of all: "terrible shooter" Westbrook's career postseason TS% is .518. Not great, I'll admit, but still better than "head of the snake" Porker's .515

In a hypothetical world where Parker is traded straight up for Westbrook, are the Spurs favored over the Warriors?

Which is why I don't worry about TS%...great, you shoot LOTS of free throws a game. It doesn't help you win games.

Tell that to Manu and Kawhi in 2013 with 28 seconds to go.. FT's would have won that game and series. lol

Westbrook's career postseason FTA per game is 7.4. That's not very far off from Porker, who would routinely hover about 6 FTA per game in the postseason in his prime.

    On to the next excuse.

I am a fan of his and I think a 3-peat is a best case scenario.
I'll be along for the ride, for sure, no matter what though.

You were the one who brought up free throw attempts as an excuse in the first place, now you want to deflect when you're once again exposed as an idiot. Comparing the free throw attempts from each player in their prime is not an apples to oranges comparison, anyway.

Lol, 1 Finals appearance next to an MVP and a stacked cast. But yah, for sure 3 peat. I guess Westbrook and CP3 will always have those theoretical rings even though they couldn't get it done on great teams with good coaching.
