The guy is a consistently terrible shooter in the playoffs (a little worse even than how bad he is in the regular season), so the last thing you want is him shooting a high volume, which is exactly what you get (21 shots a game on average).

This is why, even with the MVP and a stacked cast, the Thunder couldn't win a championship. And when Durant got hurt, Westbrook couldn't even make the playoffs. Everybody on that list has scored a lot of points in the playoffs on good efficiency. Except for the three bolded players. These three stand out as being considerably less efficient than the others. Malone is a reputed choke artist in the playoffs. His low efficiency reflects that. Parker's another one. Just more proof that these two are the biggest choke artists in post-season history.
