I'm starting to like Westbrook, but their ceiling is no more than a second round exit if the West has another down year. Which I think it will be top heavy again with Golden State, and San Antonio at top. I would love to see the Thunder face the Warriors in the postseason though

I think they drop more than one spot considering they lost their best player...we'll see.
I actually think Westbrook is their best player to be honest but it's debatable. Either or they did lose a key piece, yes. I have them at 5th or 6th seed.

It's a questionable team, imo. I love Westbrook, but they we're awful last year minus Durant in the Regular season and with Ibaka out, the team needs rehaul their rotation. I can't see them winning more than 48 this year.

It's a two-year extension, not a three-year. So yeah, there's an option after next season.

If people want to stir the pot, this increases his chances of being a Spur, not decreases. The Spurs have a lot more cap space in 2018.

Applause to Westbrook and loyalty to OK and the fans. Not a megapussy like KD.

because the mavs or rockets will beat them out of a playoff spot?
Well, the Mavs and Pelicans beat them out 2 years ago when Westbrook had to lead the team.

the thunder will be the 4 seed.
    8th is pushing it.

    1. GSW
    2. Spurs
    3. Clips
    4. Memphis
    5. Jazz
    6. Portland
    7. Dallas
    8. Houston/OKC

Heavy minutes for Westbrook and an even heavier workload with out much offensive talent around him isn't a recipe for success. Teams are going to ignore every one else on the floor and hone in on WB as he tries to carry the load

Depends on Westbrook's health. But as of right now, a lineup of Russ, Oladipo, Roberson, Ilyasova, Adams isn't exactly a juggernaut.

Thunder probably won't make the playoffs this season, they will win like 40 something games. Westbrook is gonna shoot like crazy and be selfish and losing Durant will haunt.

Applause to Westbrook and loyalty to OK and the fans. Not a megapussy like KD.
Yeah, I respect his loyalty to OKC. Westbrook is more of a warrior than KD for sure. A real warrior fights, KD just joined a 73 win team, lol.

Tbh. All 3 are scrub teams. The Thunder are easily better that those 3 teams if they are able to play to their full potential.
