I really don´t get this group disparity, Group B is a war itself and you have to avoid 2-4 spots because you´ll get USA in your way.

Should go back to the Athens format with 2 group Stages and then elimination games.

I think it's going to be a close game. Lithuania has a lot of size and length on their roster but they lack the usual 3 point shooting. I don't think they are well equipped to handle defenses that just pack the paint against them.
