Nah, this started before Spain's game. It just didn't make sense to put it in its own thread. I couldn't care less what anyone does in the basketball tourney. We know how it's going to end.
I just started getting into rugby a few months ago. Been watching the All Blacks since that was the only team I knew of on Youtube.
That sport is freaking fun to watch! I'm hooked.

Well most of the team said he was. He has age and experience. Durant has some of that but he's not a leader.
    Shazammmm!!!!!! Durbeta being beta.
    I had to laugh.

All this rugby talk in a basketball thread. Whatever takes the focus off Gashole's massive choke job against the Brazilians. If it was Parker though, There would be 5 pages of nothing but Patty >>>> Parker.
True. If Parker was rejected at the buzzer by a Croatian to lose a game, there would be an endless flood of "lmao Porker" threads - and for good reason, because that would be hilarious.

Well... Gasol just got a new, kickin' nickname now from this from the laughers.
That's... kind of... cool and stuff.

Yeah, this was the first I had seen the term "Gashole" used. Kinda funny.

I'm sure I'll find myself yelling it out at a television screen in the near future.
    Probably more than once...

    Lithuania struggling against Nigeria

They looked terrible until the third. Went on a nice run there. Nigeria is just woefully undersized

I think they're a contender (Lithuania), but they need to start playing 40 minutes and not just 20

The All Blacks were at their zenith when they won the World Cup back-to-back. But with the departures of Richie McCaw and Dan Carter, they are now in a transition period. It'll be interesting to see how they fare going forward with new talents in the pipeline.

Yeah, I was getting that from the commentators in their first Test match with Wales earlier this year. I might go back and watch some of their matches back then...
By the way, that 1st test match was awesome. Wales had them worried for a hot minute.

To place for a medal? Sure. Not gold though. But, they certainly are one of the better programs that's for sure. Young in key places so I'm not surprised with the inconsistencies.
