So I take some stuff to a thrift shop that takes donations, I had the stuff in a big blue barrel that Judy wanted back.
I pull up to the back, here come two workers.

Getting back to body ......building.
Progressive change in poundage is a must. That is what puts stress on the muscle, this is how ya get growth. It's done with 4 (2 on each side) pound additions every 3 months or once that last rep in that 3rd set becomes easy. Once you get there ya add 4.
You do not need a lot of exercises or need to spend a lot of time (I am talking non professionals)
Anyone interested in a routine that is quick and works just let me know.
