Mike Pence's other legacy might just involve turning the Indiana governor's mansion blue

Democrat John Gregg a shockingly strong 50-38 lead over Republican Eric Holcomb.

Holcomb’s response to Monmouth’s new survey, which wasparticularly weak:

“This poll is a complete outlier and laughably inconsistent with every other public poll released this election season. Our internal data shows we are on a winning trajectory in this margin-of-error contest. After only 12 weeks on the campaign trail, compared to our opponent’s 282-week campaign, we are in the passing lane headed into the home stretch of this race and remain confident that Lt. Governor Eric Holcomb will be Indiana’s next governor.”

In other words, Holcomb’s own campaign is conceding he’s losing right now.

Holcomb has served as Pence’s lieutenant governor since March, but he seems convinced that his outgoing boss isn’t an asset.

Notably Holcomb’s ads have invoked the record of ex-Gov. Mitch Daniels, who left office four years ago, but have ignored Pence.

For his part, Gregg has run commercials telling voters that Holcomb would just represent a continuation of Pence's disastrous policies.

Pence may not be unpopular, but after four years of Pence, which included the 2015 boycotts over the state's anti-LGBT Religious Freedom Restoration Act, neither side seems to think that Trump’s VP will help the GOP hold this seat.

"I vaguely remember Ms. Zervos as one of the many contestants on 'The Apprentice' over the years," Trump said in a statement. "To be clear, I never met her at a hotel or greeted her inappropriately a decade ago. That is not who I am as a person, and it is not how I've conducted my life. In fact, Ms. Zervos continued to contact me for help, emailing my office on April 14th of this year asking that I visit her restaurant in California."

Zervos said that she did send an email this year, but that she also wrote in the message that "Your interest in me as a potential employee meant the world to me. Your interest in me as anything more blew my mind and I lost my footing. I further said, I have been incredibly hurt by our previous interaction."

Trump also lashed out at the media, saying that it is now "creating a theater of absurdity that threatens to tear our democratic process apart and poison the minds of the American public."

"When Gloria Allred is given the same weighting on national television as the President of the United States, and unfounded accusations are treated as fact, with reporters throwing due diligence and fact-finding to the side in a rush to file their stories first, it's evident that we truly are living in a broken system," he said in the statement.

sounds like she wanted more money from him

Trump promised ‘proof’ he’s innocent of sexual assault. He delivered an insult to our intelligence.

You don't even know what he stands for, how in the can you make any comment? His tax plan of continued wealth redistribution is projected to add an additional 6 trillion to the deficit, so where is this saved cost?
I am on record (go look it up if you want) as saying that I'm not for personal income tax cuts (I want the $20 trillion debt worked down). I am for corporate tax cuts (so that the companies stop leaving) and offering an amnesty period with discount tax on the trillions parked abroad on the condition that when it's repatriated, it goes towards helping create jobs. Total government takeover of our entire healthcare system and college tuition/debt is going to cost a uva LOT of money - more than what Trump wants - wall, infrastructure (which they both want), etc. Hillary is the one who wants more wealth redistribution - continued Obamacare which means higher subsidies and public option (aka taxpayer-funded) leading to single payer - free tuition/college debt "paid for by the wealthy" - do you know how many 18-22 year olds there are and those with college debt? There aren't enough wealthy people to pay for that.

Donald Trump’s “no concession” stand: He and his hate-filled followers will not accept a Clinton victory and that’s when things get truly chilling

Trump and his supporters will not go quietly — already armed loyalists have camped outside a Democratic office

Late this past week, two men camped outside the Palmyra, Virginia, headquarters of Democratic congressional candidate Jane Dittmar. Daniel Parks and his unnamed buddy said they’re supporters of Donald Trump, and they claimed they’re worried that other Trump supporters might be too afraid to express support for the GOP nominee.

It’s unclear why they thought a Democratic campaign office would be a hub for closeted Trump supporters, but there it is.

    ( stupid racist s with guns! )

a form of armed intimidation, staged within several feet of unarmed Democratic officials and volunteers.

And it’s merely a hint as to what could take place on Election Day and beyond, orchestrated by increasingly deranged Trump and his dedicated fanboys who will absolutely refuse to accept losing the election, especially when

their candidate has brainwashed millions of devoted followers into believing he’ll deliver “so much winning.”

An alleged billionaire who’s been accused of serially harassing, abusing, assaulting and molesting a growing roster of women, including semi-naked underage girls who this dirty old man bragged about ogling, will be defeated by these very same women.

Trump, the self-aggrandized “winner,” will be one of the worst losers in modern political history. And it’ll be women who seals the deal.

This, among many things, will absolutely make Trump supporters lose their minds beginning Nov. 8.

Wimmens gonna grab Trash's balls and rip them off!

Hillary's plans and policies including free tuition/debt-free college and eventual single payor healthcare will cost a lot more than whatever Trump has in mind.
Trump's tax cuts and proposed spending would cost way more:

The report from the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, a nonpartisan group that advocates debt reduction, examines the fiscal proposals of both candidates as of Sept. 21.

It finds Mrs. Clinton’s proposed tax increases, primarily on businesses and the wealthiest American households, would cover most of the cost of $1.65 trillion in new proposed spending over the next decade, including $500 billion on college education and $300 billion each on infrastructure and paid family leave.

The plan would boost spending by $200 billion over the next decade relative to current policy, leaving the national debt at around 86% of gross domestic product in a decade. That is up from around 75% today and in line with the level that the Congressional Budget Office estimates the debt will hit if no changes are made to spending and revenue over the coming decade.

The report finds that Mr. Trump, on the other hand, would cut spending by around $1.2 trillion over the next decade while reducing revenues by $5.8 trillion through his plans to cut taxes and repeal other taxes imposed by the Affordable Care Act. The spending estimate takes into account large cuts from repealing the health-care law and from slashing nondefense discretionary spending. Partially offsetting those cuts are big increases in spending on defense, veterans’ programs and child care.
The estimate of Mr. Trump’s tax cuts is based on part from an analysis conducted by the Tax Foundation, a separate think-tank, and it could rise or fall by another $750 billion depending on unspecified details in Mr. Trump’s proposals to reduce taxes for certain pass-through businesses.

Including the costs of additional federal borrowing from Mr. Trump’s plans, the national debt would rise by $5.3 trillion over a decade relative to current policy, pushing the debt-to-GDP ratio to 105%, which is significantly higher than either Mrs. Clinton’s policies or the current trajectory for the debt, though it is lower than an earlier estimate from the CRFB.

Trump’s Unlawful Gag Orders and Why He Can’t Handle the Truth

Trump’s presidential campaign staffers and even his unpaid volunteers are required to sign contracts promising to never say anything bad about Trump, his campaign for president, his family, or his companies. For as long as they shall live.

Trump’s campaign workers and consultants also must agree not to publicly disclose any “confidential” information about Trump, defined broadly as his “personal life, political affairs, and/or business affairs” and “all information” that Trump “insists remain private or confidential.” Forever.
Lawyers calls these confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, non-disparagement agreements and NDAs.

I call them unconscionable, uncons utional, and unenforceable in court when they are written as broadly as Trump has written them.

Trump filed a $10-million claim against former campaign consultant Samuel D. Nunberg for allegedly violating his confidentiality contract

Nunberg’s most powerful argument is that Trump’s legal attack violates the First Amendment and public policy. “Mr. Nunberg is being harassed by the Trump Campaign for exercising free speech and voicing his opinion on material issues that the public is en led to know before voting on November 8, 2016,”

A person running for president of our nation should not be able to use his gag-order contracts to censor information about him or his campaign. Hillary Clinton reportedly has confidentiality clauses in her campaign worker contracts. If her secrecy provisions are equally broad, they, too, violate the First Amendment and public policy.

American corporations are increasingly requiring workers to sign nondisclosure contracts promising not to blow the whistle on fraud or other illegal or questionable behavior – not even to government investigators.

Trump and corporations are requiring that any litigation over these secrecy clauses be decided in an arbitration proceeding,

which is held in secret and decided by retired judges who are paid by the hour, and are not required to follow the law and not subject to full appellate review like public judges are.

    http://lawnewz.com/high-profile/trum...dle-the-truth/

Of course, Congress won't do to protect citizens but will pass any law written by, protecting BigCorp/1%.
