Lol that'll make the right wing Christians that voted for him happy
Trump has placed openly gay Richard Grenell on his short list of potential candidates for the position of UN Ambassador. If Trump brings Grenell on as U.N. Ambassador, the Gateway Pundit notes that he will become the first president to appoint an openly gay person to his cabinet, marking a huge milestone for LGBT rights in the United States.

How hilarious will it be if Donald is the best thing that could have happened to rank and file Republicans' sensibilities?
Christians, the right wing, cut my taxes, mo money is mo money. I don't care if abortion becomes mandatory, just mo money mo money mo money. s can infest the Whitehouse, Donald can suck a during the State of the Union address.. mo money fo me is mo money fo me.
We all know Bannon is a huge got
They voted for him after he showed his support for transgender rights on the campaign trail, referred to gay marriage as a "settled issue" that conservatives need to move on from, invited an openly gay man (Peter Thiel) to speak at the convention, and held up the rainbow flag on stage at one of his rallies. A gay cabinet member won't suddenly make them regret their choice after all of that.
Trump threw the Jeebo s a bone by making Pence his VP, but that's all they're getting. They have nowhere near as much clout in the GOP as they used to.
Starting to warm up to Trump a bit tbh. He might be fun to watch if he keeps trolling his own party.
OK Boutons...
We know you're a broken record.
Trump's not really a Republican. He definitely isn't conservative. All part of why I thought he could actually work as president (in the middle - especially if the Clinton/Obama-less Democrat party hangs left with Bernie/Warren/Michael Moore/Sarandon).
sthuper
ok, let me analyse this statement...DMC seems like a white guy who loves to fish, as I remember some fishing related avatar from some time back. He is doing a satire of some sorts, "mo money" is clue pointing to mainly deep voiced and typically obese middle aged american blacks. But it can be applicable to anyone who has earthy tones, as I understand that americans are pretty fat. Fk christians, yeah right them, the right wing, yeah sometimes, cut my tax, absolutely agreeable, mo money mo money...well that's the working class americans' capitalistic tendencies. I've heard USA is a land of opportunities.
It's nice to see Trump dragging evangelicals out of the 19th century. Now if he can get his stimulus through congress I'll be impressed.
Yeah religion wasn't even a topic during the election, can't remember the last time that happened.
I actually wouldn't be surprised to see the Dems pick a William Jennings Bryan religious populist type 4 years from now to try and steal that vote.
That's a horrifying thought. Who do they even have who could be that? Are they going to nominate Creflo Dollar or some ?
I'm guessing that no matter what, the democratic candidate 4 years from now is someone who's off the radar right now.
Now that you mention it I could easily see someone like Cornell West running 4 years from now.
I'd rather they ran Clinton again

My hope is that the candidate who wins is the candidate who isn't getting the black vote. The Democratic Party has fallen apart largely because it's controlled by corrupt, Clay Davis type politicians who have been riding the black vote their entire career
This election showed the black vote is pretty ing unreliable if the candidate isn't black, so yeah, the black vote.
How would they steal them with a pro-abortion stance?
I'm saying they would flip their stance on the issue.
The n!ggers showed up in droves during the primaries to make sure shillary would win, and then they didn't show up in the general election![]()
But then they'd lose most of the progressive, even moderate Dems.
Not necessarily.
It wasn't even 100 years ago when the populist/progressive wing of the country was religious (William Jennings Bryan for instance was an adamant supporter of teaching creationism in school). There's no reason that couldnt come back.
That's because they were the Jim Crow party wanting to appeal to butthurt confederates.
