He cannot play for the Spurs this season due to new cba rules when a team trades or waves you. It isn't happening.

Why did the Spurs waive Duncan then? What was the commensurate advantage?
About 4M in additional cap space that was needed to sign Gasol.
It's very murky. There isn't a precedent against it, and it's possible that the league would look the other way for a player of Tim's magnitude. But I'd consider it cap manipulation if it happened.

Kool I know you are hardcore Kobe fan but this is even weak by your standards. First off Kobe's wife is no longer attractive after all those plastic surgeries. She is expired goods.
