Yep. I've seen it at least twenty times. Usually at a gas station. They drive in with the window rolled up. They park and then roll the window down so everyone can hear music about " ing es, hittin' the pussy", etc.
They when they pull away, they roll the window up again.

No, just typical California trash. If you don't have a job or a meth addict in Northern California, you're either a thug or dead. I HATE this ing place. A few days ago I'm at a market waiting in line, a couple young Mexican guys are behind me wearing Raider ball caps and jerseys. I start up a conversation about it's too bad about Carr, all I got was at ude and if I hadn't towered over them I think they would have got punky. I shut up and kept an eye on them.
