Pats will counter with some legalese pivot that Brady had pictures stored of himself with other guys in an icy windowed car steaming up the inside, thus his privacy rights would be violated if the NFL saw his widdle cell phone texts.

He was never required to hand over his cell phone. NFLPA actually forbids it. The league asked to see it but the CBA does not require he hand anything over. More fake news, tbh.
