Just empty calories
Where as soccer players just run around like little kids for 90+ minutes only to show some nifty footwork a couple times here and there. Mother ers get so bored they even start passing in the wrong direction and start playing soccer's version of catch with their own goalie. So much excitement!

The is this, a horse jockey? One of Scotland's most famous clubs, Glasgow Celtic, fielded a player named Jimmy "Jinky" Johnstone. He reached 5 feet, 2 inches. The fans loved him. In the '60s and '70s, he buzzed defenses with dizzying zigzags. Big defenders employed every dirty trick to stop him - swats and hacks failed. Height jokes only provoked him to topple the tall. Nothing could repel the bite of wee Jinky. He was vital to Celtic's 1967 European Cup winning side, the first British club to achieve the feat. If he were around today, Barcelona would have him on its team.

Little People, "Sport," Big World
This should demonstrate how easy soccer really is. You'd never, ever see a group of little people (I'll be PC here) style on a a Little League baseball team, like this Little People club does against 12 year olds. They just wouldn't be able to swing the bat with enough speed to catch up to 60mph pitches from 44 feet away. Nor could they pitch fast enough to get anyone out. The only time Little People show up in baseball is for publicity stunts.
Meanwhile, these little guys are styling and profiling on youth soccer players:
