what happened? he dominated Nurkic?
lol at 'delerious'
Spelling smack when I'm on my phone. Top tier rebuttals
Come out and talk when Draymond has a 2 points, 4 rebounding game on 30 percent shooting. You tend to be in hiding when he has those games.
Well I wasn't, but if you wanna call yourself a got then by all means do.
How about none of us cherry pick and we talk averages. Let's see how that conversation goes
Anybody wondering how many players would have gotten a foul called for that?
Or 10.2 pts on 41.8% shooting which was his season average.
He's a badass defender. His playmaking is pretty good, but obviously aided by the weapons he has in GS. He's not gifted enough offensively to sustain that level of playmaking in a more normal setting, imo. Really good player but definitely overhyped--don't see how he's considered an undisputed all-star with those offensive numbers or how he's such an overwhelming favorite over Gobert for DPOY.
Should be 3x DPOY by now tbh
I definitely think he's valuable to the Warriors on the level of what Horry,Fox,Fisher were for the Lakers during the early '00s. He's a very good role player but like you said I don't believe he's a legit all-star. Put him on a middle of the pack team like the bulls and his play making skills is very limited due to not having GOAT shooters around him. Without the playmaking he then becomes a huge liability on the offensive end since he has no jump shot. On the defensive end he gets away with hand checking which I think he would get called for more often if he played on a team that didn't have the media popularity of the Warriors. Also factor in that defensively he would get in foul trouble more often due to not getting the ref favoritism that a player gets when playing on a media popular team. I think Gobert should win DPOY but just like you said it's probably not going to happen since Draymond has the media on his side.
Also take into affect pace and that 10ppg looks like too.![]()
Good point. How many points does Draymond average on a normal team?
Dude shoots like 33% from wide open threes. Imagine if he were a first option and teams prioritized him.![]()
My perspective is that he's a top 3 defender in the league along with kawhi and Gobert
That alone makes him all star worthy. He's not dead weight offensively like a Tony Allen or Shane barrier. He's a net positive on offense too and the playmaking at his position is a good weapon.
Kawhi has shown since coming to the league to have great shooting percentages as a role player. This dude can't even shoot when he has all the space in the world.![]()
Imagine if the NBA were forced to guard Kawhi one-on-one.![]()

Raymond can get away anytime, there was another play during the first half that got away with murder, it was a block on Krabbe I think, slaps elbows, wrists and nobody says a thing.
kawhi is a much better offensive player than draymond. nobody disputes that. heck, nobody here outside of greatyach, a known troll going waaay back, argues draymond is better than kawhi
but of course your sensitive ass thinks anybody saying something positive about draymond is ting on kawhi
I'm debating his shooting percentages as a role player and adjusting them for a first option. Dude would be a bum.![]()
Imagine how devastating Kawhi would be on the defensive end if he was allowed to get away with hand checking.
Besides one game. I have yet to see the Warriors stop Kawhi. EVER.![]()
who is arguing that draymond makes a better first option than kawhi?
sensitive, defensive posters
