Saw it on the news earlier. They showed the poor old man raising his bag to cover himself and just that alone was hard to watch. That fat piece of deserves the worst of deaths for what he did.

If you ever read the book Wiseguy that Goodfellas was based on, this is the same way Tommy DeSimone (who Joe Pesci's character was based on) tried to make his bones in an attempt to be made by the Lucchese family. He just went and shot some random old guy walking down the street.

And yes. It was very disturbing. It's also disturbing that it was the third or fourth story on the news. If it was a white guy that killed the black man it would have been the first story, called a hate crime and there would be protesting all over.
That's horrible.
