We all knew it was coming but not this early. If your team is built around someone who's 5'8" it's not going very far.

The east has the tiest top seeds ever. That's why LeCoon has a red carpet to the Finals season after season.

the celtics are stacked with top 5 picks and are one star player away from truly contending ... imo this is good for them, getting their teeth kicked in a bit now will be valuable in 2-3 years.

They hit on any of the next 2 drafts (75% chance to draft a star, stacked drafts i'm told) and they are good to go. Just need to draft a star and trade/overpay a rebounding big.

They are ahead of their own schedule. They have a good chance to get a top 3 pick in the draft, and will probably have space to sign another max player over the summer.

Going to be a spooky team next year but, right now...fake 1 seed. Cav's tanked so they wouldn't have to play Chicago and it's working like a charm.

As long as they dont secure a Lebron Kiwi Westbrook or Ant Davis type talent idgaf about their assets or schedule...they will stay stuck on 17 ...superstars win les. They have none.

The Bulls have a team built for the playoffs. Star power and championship pedigree up the ass. The Celtics have none of that and are dependent on the collective being far greater than the sum of the parts. doesn't fly in the playoffs.
