Add in Miluntov and Simmons and you're full. I don't see Forbes on roster if it gets filled out otherwise.

But you put it together on a site where 95% of posts don't understand 5% of the salary cap.

You think Blossomgate is a two-way contract potentially? And do those get counted he same way against the cap/tax?

Two-ways don't factor into the cap at all. Not sure about the tax, but I would assume they are exempt there too. I am not sure if Blossomgame is a two-way guy. I'd say he's that at least, and it's not obvious he'd be a hot free agent if he were cut. But I don't think he'd accept a two-way deal out of the gate unless that was a condition for him to be drafted. Seems like a guy who can at get some call-ups if he were relegated to the d-league via cut.

Mills is a 28min player. LMA is a 30min player. Manu is unknown but is a 18min player. There are minutes for them here.

You have to account for Anderson. I know he's not the cup of tea of many here... but he played well when it counted and he's not going to be bench fodder in a contract season.

heh... he did earn it in the playoffs IMO. Simmons earned himself a contract. The way he was playing in preseason he hardly looked like a rotation player... lol but wow you have way too much investment on this forum

I don't even see Manu and/or Hanga in your list ... which can explain the tweet of why Hanga would only join the team if Manu retired. They could always make Blossomgate or Forbes a 2 way contract and Milutinov may not be scheduled to join the team this summer.

If they're up against the tax, they could always either not use the LLE or save $1.3 million by dumping Forbes.

People on here keep thinking about the roster as currently cons uted and completely ignore the fact that they'll add at least one useful rotation piece with the MLE.

Also, it could be Hanga on the LLE for all we know.

MLE. Still being an apologist, I see. They've needed a marked upgrade in the back court for 3 years and once again failed to attain it. Now, they're overloaded on the perimeter and if they even spend most or all of it on an external free agent, it'll just go to a Dedmon replacement, like Reed. That's not moving the needle in the least.

I know many are just casual fans, but I still can't believe how many were and remain fooled by last season's fools gold 61 wins and game 1 of the WCF . They were about as unimpressive and unconvincing as a 60 win team could possibly be and were fortunate with late game luck and the lack of multi star teams. The latter has already changed.

Love how people complained about this being a one man team all season last year, but 3 quarters of playing well against a rusty GS suddenly means we're going to perpetually be in the mix to win.
