An American Tourist Just Did A Nazi Salute In Germany And Immediately Paid For It
for the unnamed 41-year-old tourist, the locals in Dresden were not the least bit amused by the
repeated, stiff-armed Sieg Heil salutes that the American insisted on performing in the early morning hours of Saturday in the German city’s downtown streets.
He was punched and beaten up by someone passing by, who fled the scene shortly thereafter, according to an AP reporttoday.
Perhaps the dumb tourist was unaware of Germany’s strict laws against the display and use of Nazi slogans and symbols.
Perhaps it was his “extremely high blood alcohol level” talking, rather than his political ideology.
It didn’t matter to the German police, however, as they are now investigating the American man for violating the anti-Nazi statutes.
His assailant is also being sought on charges of “causing bodily harm.”
