If you believe someone is a racist, no amount of public disavowing is going to change your mind.
Here's Hillary eulogizing her "friend and mentor", Robert Bird, a former KKK member who filibustered the Civil Rights Act for over 14 hours.
"there was violence on both sides"
"They didn't have a permit"
"some of them weren't actual Nazis"
GMAFB.

Nazis = bad
How hard is that, really?
democrats were the slave owners
black live matter bad how hard is it
people predicted in 2000 this would happen because of what the black live matters were doing since 2000
It's not hard. But Trump decided now was the time to start playing "4D chess" and trying to score political points on the left. So what should have been an easy layup for him has turned into a disaster for his re-election prospects and the GOP.
According to Charlottesville police chief, Virginia police spox, and reporters on the ground, this is a true statement.
I'd like to see this meme stop.
I'm happy people stood up to the white supremacists in Charlottesville but comparing them to WW2 Vets is not a winning argument.
i saw the vice footage and honestly, it almost looks like a reenactment, like those medieval fair type things, a caricature of some kind. the irony is too much- white "supremacists", crying about minorities (snowflakes!) displacing them, pretending they have no right to "free speech" when they parade about armed to the teeth in combat gear. Honestly cant say if its better or worse, but in any other country I can imagine this type of scenario, they beat each other to while the rest go to jail, here they dress up, chant lame , flop for victim points and ing run over people "because i feared for my life". From afar it looks like Americans living in their basements watching terrorist news, series, movies, videogames cant go 2 blocks from their house without getting spooked.
you had a lot of good points spread out over several posts on the subject, but Id like to add that the equivalences made by chris in his graphic and are at the root of these white "supremacist" (cry babies) arguments are not even close to arguable. these people want to present murderers like mcveigh or roof as equals with people like mike brown and tamir rice, who regardless of how justified their shootings were (they werent, especially not tamir rice), never killed anybody. their list of grievances against liberals is nothing but "hurt fee fees". they want to act as if they are any other citizen group en led to a public venue, then proceed to march around a university campus with torches and swastikas. "but but why are people misinterpreting our legitimate right to express ourselves!" If any other group did that they would meet the same reaction, likely much worse.
Chanting at an intersection to stop traffic, non violently allowing police to arrest you, in order to bring light to an injustice is a thousand times better spiritually, morally, STRATEGICALLY, than going to a university campus at night armed, with swastikas and torches, chanting nazi slogans, because my fee fees got hurt over a statue- that will really convince the people, win hearts and minds, about the importance of our history amirite? Im not a religious man Chris, but I pray for you.
Jesus ing jumped up Christ, you could be replaced by a bot.
"Trump did something bad"
"But Hillary..."
I was aiming to compare Nazis to Nazis, because that seems to be lost in the rush to create some kind of moral equivalence.
Can you agree that Nazis in 1944 who worshipped Hitler, and Nazis in 2017 who worship Hitler are cut from the same cloth?
So weird that US troops who fought the Nazi's were largely straight white men -- the same demographic now allying with the Nazis.
The left is lauding the achievements of the demographic they lambast as privileged while the right has gone bat insane.
Tell it.
Mentor to Bill Clinton, J. William Fulbright, was a segregationist who signed the Southern Manifesto. Lolz
That's how it goes. When you're back in the high life you'll use that exact same strategy.
Until then,,,we got the con.
Nazis are a hate group with a history of starting world wars and committing genocide against racial/ethnic minorities and other vulnerable groups.
In contrast, BLM is a ing hashtag that has attracted some violent and/or bigoted followers.
The fact that you're actually trying to act like they're equivalent is beyond idiotic.
Wow I finally got around to watching Trump's speech in full just now. Its a lot worse than reading it.
He actually chose to blame the other side as the worse of the lot. As oposed to the one who killed someone.
So grotesque. Almost made me puke.

George Soros was barely a ing teenager during World War II, you're a special kind of re if you think that's actually George Soros.
This propaganda technique was used by the Soviets to distract from their own shortcomings.Whataboutism is a propaganda technique formerly used by the Soviet Union in its dealings with the Western world, and subsequently used as a form of propaganda in post-Soviet Russia. When criticisms were leveled at the Soviet Union, the Soviet response would be "What about..." followed by an event in the Western world.[6][7][8]
It functions as a diversionary tactic to distract the opponent from their original criticism.[37][38][39] Thus, the technique is used to avoid directly refuting or disproving the opponent's initial argument.[40][41] The tactic is an attempt at moral relativism,[2][42][8] and a form of false moral equivalence.[22][43][44]
Damn brutal
We dodged a bullet with ler losing
Wheeww!
Dodged a big one
No. He reaffirmed yesterday what he'd said on Saturday. Twixt Monday & Tuesday he got the message from his 60 million base.
Like DD said: white people put him in that Presidency not radical leftists.
Trump needs to be prompted on that fact from time to time.
Soros born in 1930
A viral image purportedly showing a young George Soros in a Nazi SS uniform actually depicts an Auschwitz guard named Oskar Groening.
http://www.snopes.com/george-soros-ss-nazi-germany/Wow, indeed. As hoaxes go, this one was neither plausible nor hard to disprove. Given that Soros — born in 1930 — was only nine years old when World War II began and 14 when the war ended in Europe in 1945, he couldn’t have joined the SS, whose minimum age requirement was 17, even if he had wanted to. Moreover, Soros would never have met the SS requirement for pure “Aryan” heritage. Quite to the contrary, Soros grew to adolescence as a persecuted Jew in Nazi-occupied Budapest.
Thread's "A" game.

You know that, and now I know that, but, not everyone knows that.
It'll be good for awhile yet.
