His defense has been surprising. He'll never be great, but it looks like those questions about his defense were a little overblown. The only problem he's had is fighting through screens; one-on-one he's looked better against PGs than Pity Mills.

Nah. He has said multiple times that he loved it here despite his poor play. He seemed pretty genuine every time he's mentioned it.

If Leonard is out for a longer period, I would sign for the minimum, TBH. He will go to OKC or Houston, IMHO.

Manu says Joff has been just as good in practice and scrimmage as preseason. Consistently impressive.
