Outside of mass shooting mental health isn't what causes our high firearm murder rate IMO, it's poverty and a lack of opportunity.

So if the only roadblock to the total ban and confiscation is legalities, that's what the legislative branch is for, and the judicial branch can do whatever they have to do put their stamp on the 2nd Amendment or not.

The right to bear arms NRA interpretation was over when they invented tanks, artillery and war planes. No you cannot have a grenade much less the ordinance to violently overthrow the US government. It certainly plays to the action hero complex of juvenile men though. Rambo did it!
