To me it speaks more about the respective supporting casts of those 3. No Tony, no Kawhi...
Pop didn't play Pau, the Spurs made a comeback. Who knew...

Frankly I wonder why Hilliard got time and White didn’t...
Missed the game but...victory.
Thanks for the recap Batmanu. Also, the thread definitely broke the 2 game losing streak and this wasn’t a sure thing at all.![]()
It was a shocker! Bertans closed with Forbes, Murray, LA, and that badm#¥! 'Shut your mouth!' 'I'm only talkin 'bout Manu!' (cue Shaft theme song!)

independent of everything that has been said here about Parker and Ginobili by the usual trolls, the take "Paul is better than Simmons" takes the prize on the biggest bull ever told in the history of this forum, that is what bad in basketball this scrub is
I want to see a similar video but with each of the mavs no score possessions. I refuse to believe a Carlisle coached team would lose on a 5 seconds inbound call and let manu go left, but that's what happened.
Manu admitting he's getting too old for this....
Yes. That's evident. It's good to hear it from someone on the inside. Until they are all healthy and with no minutes restrictions or injury management limitations it's going to look really inconsistent, uneven, and even unpredictable what style is going to help them win.
Of course they miss him.

Surprised Manu’s game wasn’t Ditka thread bump worthy TBH
That Manu quote was basically what I was trying to explain to the meltdowners. Maybe they'll understand now that someone on the Spurs said it.
Manus was mas o menos
But his inbound ball denial at the end was masterful
Anyone got a replay of it? That was sick
He turned Wesley Mathews into Wesleyito Ginobili Jr
I was thinking that too. The brief team we've seen white he has shown some ability to get to the basket. And with Tony being out and Murray being in foul trouble i figured he would have given him some spot time to give mills a break but no...don't get it tbh
Via spurtacular..at 2:20
This is true...
It wasn't a 5 second call. It was Barrea running to the corner instead of the backcourt, causing hesitation by Matthews. And then, Matthews being too stupid to get out of the way of the deflection.
Wes had a panic attack, for sure. Manu has helped create such chaos before on such plays more than once.
Thank god we don't have to play the Mavs any more.
