I predict that they will come to a deal with DACA in exchange for end to chain migration (except for immediate family) and replacement with a merit-based immigration system.

I think you mean the opposite since it would be easier to take the house. The senate would be better because then if Ruth Bader Ginsberg dies Trump couldn't appoint some piece of hard right judge who would serve 30 years making this country's laws
