Gotta have more than just an assertion to take action against another country. You'd think the "largest cyber attack in history" would have done some damage domestically to earn the moniker "largest cyber attack in history" to get some kind of news coverage like you'd expect from the "largest cyber attack ever".
Seems like it might be "the slowest, most ineffectual largest cyber attack ever".
