gots always trying to blame someone. Top 5 tiest poster on this site.![]()
He also confirmed that the second opinion was just like the team's doctors.
Putting all the pressure on Kawhi. If Kawhi feels something's not right, he should trust his body.

Wow sounds like wishful thinking from you in thinking Kawhi could be a Trumper. It's silly how Trumpers on this board get overly sensitive about Pop being anti-trump. I have to say who cares. I didn't give when David Robinson was extremely pro-Bush during the early '00s even though I was anti-Bush.
People keep claiming it’s all on spurs but with that video Woj says it’s outside doctors . Hopefully that just smoothes things out for Kawhi now knowing it’s up to him when he plays .
Kawhi is mind ed, he is imagining pain in his leg at this point. Embarrassing to see what the MVP pressure did to him.
At one point it may be actionable as refusing to show up for games.
It wouldn’t surprise if Spurs personnel are with him to make sure he’s working towards getting better and to verify what he’s doing. It’s not something to get a calming feeling over. It’s like getting someone sent to your home when you called in sick to make sure you aren’t lying. I don’t think Kiwi has any option on whether the team personnel “monitors” him or “accompanies” him. He hasn’t reported to the facilities bc he’s seeing specialists in NY and thus Spurs are making sure he’s actually getting better.
But what about his uncle?![]()
I want to know what Ja Rule thinks about all this.
Players are tired of hearing about him too. Probably think he's a diva now. They're ready to move forward without him. Onward and upward, etc.
Truth bomb, they are telling Leonard to or get off the pot, I think Leonard gives it a go in the next 2-3 weeks or never plays for the Spurs again
No one is telling Kawhi . He is just trying to rally the troops. Manu is the last player to talk about anyone.
People need to infer better.![]()
Manu with the shot across the bow.
Pops comments slightly hinted at "wouldn't be fair to the other guys" if Kawhi comes back at this point.
Wtf?
All those players WANT Kawhi back.![]()
I just posted about Pops comments then is just read the Manu tweet.![]()
People taking soundbites without the whole conversation and running with it.![]()
multiple teammates are calling out this soft but some player fan fluffers on here are still defending him every post when Kiwi couldn't give one rancid dog turd about you![]()
Well, I would say otherwise. Better player on court = Kawhi. Why better D, smarter team player, not as driven by need to be ALPHA DOG on offence. Off Court, give me Kawhi, even with the current drama. Injury issue is less bad than Player GM (especially when the player is a bad GM - see being unable to coexist with Shaq, not to mention the mess made post-Pau), especially if it turns out Kawhi is right about his injury status (or even just comes back healthy next season).
I definitely think there's a deadline for him to return at this point, that he'll either meet or won't meet.
Not even a Spurs fan.![]()
Here is Manu's full quote:We know know who we are, and it's not like, 'Is he coming back next week?' At this point of the season, there is only twenty games left, so we've got to face the rest of the season as if he isn't coming back. We are too close to the playoffs to keep waiting, so if he is back, awesome. We will welcome him. But if he isn't, we just have to go to battle with what we have. We have had a tough season, but we are still hanging around in the third spot, and we are still optimistic about our chances. We can't be complaining and crying and feeling bad for ourselves. Every team in the history of the game has had injuries. So if that is what is up for us this year, fine. We can't be complaining. We can't be feeling bad for ourselves. We just have to go fight, play our best game and play our best hand with the cards we've had.
Of course I was right.
God ya gots are something.![]()
I just feel like the dude is being extra cautious about his injury. Now I know a lot of you want him to man up and play through it but he's not trying to be another derrick rose or grant hill. I don't get the vibe that he wants out of SA. I'll believe he wants out when he demands a trade
