It means there is no second special counsel. The end.
But he's not.
The entire letter is Sessions' explanation why a second Special Counsel isn't needed and what he did instead of appointing one.
Did you not read the letter at all?
It means there is no second special counsel. The end.
If a 2nd Special Counsel wasn’t needed Sessions would not have said he brought Huber on to see if a 2nd Special Counsel was needed.
Did you not read the letter at all?
Yeah, he did that back in November.
How long do you give him to determine whether a second Special Counsel is needed?
A year?
Ten years?
Fifty years?
So five months after appointing a guy to determine whether there should be a second Special Counsel, they have determined a second Special Counsel is not necessary at this time.
All your ing has been to keep the hope they may appoint one some fine day.
Sure, it's always a possibility, but it's been five months.
Thank you for once again confirming the OP was full of .
5 months is not a long time considering the OIG has been investigating since Jan 2017. If a 2nd Special Counsel is needed it will be appointed after the OIG releases their findings and recommendations.
It's wasn't. After five months -- no Special Counsel.
How long did it take to appoint Mueller?5 months is not a long time considering the OIG has been investigating since Jan 2017. If a 2nd Special Counsel is needed it will be appointed after the OIG releases their findings and recommendations.
Why is the possibility of a second Special Counsel important to you?
Did Mueller say he was working with Trump to expose the DOJ yes or no?
Did Sessions say he recommended an IG investigation because that way Democrats can't complain that an Obama guy made the findings yes or no?
you have no issue inferring a lot of from people's actions (even far reaches like the ones above) but then claim victory when we infer from Sessions act of not appointing a special counsel that there is no need for a special counsel
if sessions thought a special counsel was needed would he appoint one yes or no?
All I know is TSA and the rest of Team Dennison want desperately to have a Special Counsel of their very own, even though that would mean their pet investigation to which they have attached all their hopes and dreams had been operating for months with a massive conflict of interest.
It's a weird thing to wish for tbh.
Still waiting on it, sporto.![]()
