Spurs missed To many great looks. They win if they just hit the good ones. Iggy & Draymond splashing too. Just bad luck. The offense & defense functioned well. The poor shooting doomed both ends
    Lmao

Honestly, pretty good effort all around tbh. I thought Pop coached one of his best games in a long time especially with benching Porky. Unfortunately, Gary Forbes Finley Mason Jr. saw too many minutes but you can't really blame Pop too much since the team can't hit a open 3 to save their life. The only terrible move was Fatty on Klay but I don't think Danny or anybody else would have made a difference since Klay was hot.....

Minus LMA, this is a bottom 2-3 team in talent level so losing by less than 25 against the Warriors is pretty ing good moral victory tbh....
    Good take.

Don't even need a star tbh, just role players who will actually hit their shots. For the longest time they've been able to find a Mills, Neal or whomever to hit a few 3s and that pipeline seems to be dry now.
Relying on role players is a poor strategy IMO, they're inconsistent by nature..

Look at the Rockets game yesterday..their role players were like 2-21 from 3 or something in that range..they had a top 5 player in the league to dominate the game, though..

It was the starters that blew that lead in the third.

Just a team devoid of talent.

This is a 40-45 team minus kawhi, as oppossed to 60ish and they're going up against a the best team in the league even without curry.

Not much you can do really.

Just goes to shows Coaching is extremely overrated or systems in general. Its all about about talent.
The coaching and system put them in a position to win if they had just hit wide open shots. The system can't make a wide open shot for you though. Its like you guys didn't even watch the game.

Parker made a couple. Murray single handedly led to an 8 point swing in the first minute of the 2nd half. Forbes sucked too though. Good thing I'd rather have someone else in other than any of those 3.
Brothers... Murray played a better game than Forbes and Parker... AND has MUCH better defense... It isn't even a debate at this point who the minutes should go to... The guy needs these experiences

when patty missed that layup that turned into a 3, that would've put us up by 9, instead it was a 4 pt game. During that time if we make half of our open shots, we would probably be up 15 pts. But we just can't make our shots regardless of how open they are

That's why you cant rely on role players. They don't offer consistent production. The only way you win games with them is if all the stars align and they hit their shots. Its not going to work.

No amount of coaching can solve this teams issue. A Team with zero offensive talent.

Aldridge is really their only hope of winning a game in this series. It is what it is.

Good for pop. Hopefully spurs suffer some career enders in practice tomorrow. Tired of the pompoms these girls play with.

It was a 5 point game entering the 4th, tbh... they weathered the storm, and game was in reach...

By the 4 min mark in the 4th we were already down 13...

The "bad luck" one was pretty good. That's like saying Tyson was lucky when he used to beat the out of everyone.

I hate that Pop clears the bench in a game like this.

    Whatever...this sucks
it makes no sense. its a lost season, might as well let manu, green play big minutes, keep trying with white, and stop playing parker and forbes who are simply too small and defensively outmatched in this series. even with the roster problems he could get more out of them, you cant let guys like klay and durant get hot shooting over and drawing fouls on midgets.
