Do you think there is exculpatory evidence and if there is none how does that factor in to the verdict/sentencing etc..? Non partisan assessment please.

a) Unless we've seen the prosecution's file, it's hard to know what evidence does and doesn't exist.
b) In the context of a case where the charge is making false statements to the FBI, nobody knows better than Flynn if he lied or not, so I'm having a pretty hard time thinking of what exculpatory evidence could even exist for a charge like that.
c) There's been zero movement on the case that would indicate a plea withdrawal or anything like that is even in the works. From my understanding, Flynn's team has had access to all of the evidence since the parties entered their stipulated motion back in February. If there was exculpatory information, Flynn's team would have seen it by now, and he would have stopped cooperating and taken steps to withdraw his plea by now.
So in conclusion, as Flynn's team has had access to everything for well over a month now (even Sarah Carter reported over 3 weeks ago that all the do ents had been provided), and we've heard absolutely nothing about a change in their arrangement, it's a pretty safe bet that there is no noteworthy exculpatory evidence, or at least not enough to exonerate Flynn.

I would hope that there are people in government/law enforcement that don't approach their jobs in a blindly partisan manner... ie a republican prosecutor that always lets republicans go, or always over-zealously targets democrats, and vice-versa
so yeah its very possible for mueller to be a republican but not allow his political views to get in the way of his job/duties
If the 302's were changed, as reported as what Sara Carter was told from sources, I wouldn't expect anything to be leaking out of the Flynn case as those 302's would be evidence in a criminal investigation.
they don't have to leak anything. Flynn could still be taking steps in withdrawing his guilty plea without leaking the evidence to the public. it's not like you would be required to remain guilty indefinitely

they could keep the pleadings sealed if there was some concern, but they'd still be posted as something. all we have is a bunch of denials for third parties trying to file on Flynn's behalf, probably just political activists who think he's actually getting exonerating, but needs their help!

Who is Aaron Zebley? He worked for Mueller at WilmerHale and is currently on Mueller's special goon squad investigating Trump. Also served as Mueller's chief of staff while he was FBI director. Why does that matter? Zebley recently represented Justin Cooper. Who is Justin Cooper? Cooper testified he set up Hillary's private server. ("but her emails") He also used a hammer to destroy her mobile devices so the FBI couldn't acquire them during Comey's 'thorough' investigation into HRC. Are you connecting the dots yet?
yeah, this is kind of the thing im talking about. your assumption is that everybody here is completely controlled by a political ideology. lawyer's represent people all the time without sharing their views. criminal defense attorneys dont condone the criminal acts of their clients.
if this guy was mueller's chief of staff and also worked for him in private practice, then he's somebody mueller trusts as competent.
