No. Before.
Yes, I do. It remains to be seen if it is with the Lakers. The longer he lets this drag out the worst returns I think you guys will get.
Stay tuned.![]()
No. Before.
I thought that was Ice-T.
It's possible.
True, my armchair psychological expertise leads me to believe at this point he's likely tired of it, this has taken a life of its own that he didn't expect, and he'd rather just get back to being able to play in the limelight, yet still under the radar. Whatever his relationship is with his uncle, it's hard for him to say no to him or disagree.
Where did you hear that?
Hard to get much worse than the Lakers crap.
Good luck with that.
Chandler will be eligible to trade at the deadline and help Philly take on Mills if that's what the Spurs are looking for and if they get any picks from Denver if this is a straight dump that's just more assets to send to the Spurs at the deadline
I hope so. Kawhi, if healthy, is far better than anything we can get for him.
As for the fans, winning solves all things so getting back to contention should alleviate the butthurt.
Unless you're Tholdren or whoever that racist dude is. Can't turn Kawhi white,![]()
I can't say. Not trying to be a , but I wouldn't want this person to get in trouble.
Like Chinook said, maybe Sixers are set on keeping Covington since they didn't get LeBron... And Chandler is just filler. I hope as I'm rooting for a Fultz centered package.
chandler is an unrestricted free agent next summer, btw.
I hope this meeting or talk that will take place works to convince him to stay. Im disappointed in Kawhi for causing all this, but I can't deny that he can flat out ball. One of the best. So my first choice is to keep him.
Fultz? Why?
Yeah, when it's a nickel or else, what, exactly? He holds out and the Spurs get to fine and suspend him and not pay him?
Players walk in free agency all the time. At this point the franchise will get little blowback from the fanbase if that happens.
What's the "or else" tbh?
This goes the distance, him and his "group" will cave. They're a group of goobers who don't know what they're doing and Pop is maintaining a strong stance. As he should.
Like he said to Aldridge: I'd trade you for Durant, I'd drive you to the airport, but that ain't happening. Here's the deal...
Sixers acquiring Chandler and a 1st round pick from Denver.
If the Spurs don't find a trade they like, a "top 20 player" in return, then Kawhi Leonard will be in training camp. There's no way at this point he's not going to play for them next year, he's gotta get back on a NBA court and prove that he is indeed "100% healthy" and prove to the league that he can still actually play. Especially with that amount of $ on the line.
Maybe to add to a Kawhi package?
1st from Denver and 1st from Miami?
If he sits next year he actually he loses his ability to opt out the following year under the CBA.. He would owe us another year for failing to meet his contractual obligation. However, things change when you have an "injured player". Things could get pretty ugly in arbitration if Unc and his Sister decide he's going to go that route..
Denver pick is a 2021 2nd rounder iirc.
Along with Raul Neto stays in Utah and Tyreke signs with Indiana.
The Lakers could have a prime Shaq, Kobe, and Wilt on the trading block and you'd say we got trash players. I get it.![]()
