Sure. He can sue and test the limits within his contractual obligation. That's the forum civilized countries use to solve disputes. Plus, America has a relatively speedy court system, so he shouldn't need to wait that long.

Free Speech is limited on non-government-owned channels with terms and conditions that you must agree to prior to communicating on those channels.

Alex Jones violated this limit by saying things that are against their terms and conditions despite agreeing to them.

The limits on speech for those platforms are whatever the owners of those platforms want them to be. They are clearly listed in each platform's terms of service.

Alex Jones violated the hate speech, bullying and violence terms of service he agreed to.

Pretty simple stuff. I can see how you would struggle with it.
