They must be in AT the voting station no later than 7 pm of ELECTION DAY.
They had said they still had mail in votes to count and they would still be counting in Florida.

Depends on which race you are talking about. There are a number in Florida and some in other states that are going through both. Still counting and recounting because the counting of mail ins, etc... have caused the threshold for a recount to be met.

The “first count” was not finished in some of these cases.
There were some incredibly close races with a lot of mail ins combined with many people voting.

Red team is gonna fight that because what you call the first count was not finished, or, the blue team “found” more votes on the so called first count that was not finished, but it was finished according to some red team members.
There are ways to argue this in Broward for example, because the lady who runs the thing has screwed up before. But in one case it was by losing and or declaring some mail ins unacceptable.
