moral victories, tbh. This is a Championship or Bust Franchise and the product is right now.

Pop's in game coaching is ing atrocious too. Playing Cunningham, not playing Bertans, not staggering White and DeRozan. Playing Mills, Forbes and Bellinelli all at once. Etc, etc, etc.

People are ragging on Pop's coaching but we simply lack the players needed. It's more the bad offseason moves and injuries than the coaching, tbh.

I like the effort tonight. I don’t like Bertans no defense. It’s contagious. Poeltl can hassle, just need put ups, roll to the basket. They actually protected the ball tonight. Just LMA did not score which basically caused the game.

I don't know if in this particular 4th, but I'm sure as that with time, experience and confidence, players like Bertans and White can do a lot more than low ceiling players like Mills, Forbes, Bellinelli and Cunningham.

At this point I just want LW to come back and at least see some playing time. Silver lining in all this is that White at least looks like he can pass the ball and defend decently. A little aggressiveness and opportunity and he can really shine as s decent point. DJ has a lot of upside obv., and LW looked good preseason. At least the core youngsters are looking promising.

Look, I've been ting on Pop for a while now (and I probably will continue to do so) but he was the reason for the 2014 championship. He pushed all the right buttons then and his drive was the reason for that ring.

But the game has clearly passed him by. It's not even a knock on him since he was supposed to go out with Timmy but soft ass Lamarcus had to beg him to stay.

Still a couple of seasons left until the Olympics so it's going to suck just watching him be terrible until then.

Hopefully if they get a top 10 pick, Pop is gone by next season. I don't trust him with any guys in the lottery since the game has passed him by hard in the last 4 years.

Getting a top 10 guy to star status isn't the same as getting a scrub like Forbes to become a serviceable role player on a lottery team....

I don't think Pop is trolling. I think he is delusional - or continuing to stand behind a player that they should not have signed in the first place.
