Meh, whatever. This was an expected loss on paper.

What I take from this is that the Spurs should have won it if not for that awful 3rd quarter. The improvement is real I think.

I would like to see Pop give Bertans more time. If he's not a starter, he should at least be a finisher.

It feels like he is capped at around 20 mpg even though he is the best shooter on the team.
I also think our "stars" are bringing the team down. Their game is just inefficient, nothing that hadn't been discussed before but it is what it is. I wished they would get traded but I know it's not going to happen. I still think the team can be good as it is. Just keep building on this recent level of play. The team is in good shape right now.

Good God that would be a horrible trade. Beal is a marginal star (not even on DeRozans level) and Porter is a one dimensional role player. Not sure if I would do LMA for both even. So glad these Spur Homers aren’t GMs

Eh, I'd put Beal around DDR's level (not as good, obviously). DDR is the much better scorer and a bit better at playmaking, but they're the same at rebounding while Beal is the superior shooter and defender (albeit Beal is average at best).

WTF,Wolves were mauling guys out there but LA gets in foul trouble

LMFAO,the refs tried sooooo hard they only started calling a few fouls on the Wolves late in the game after the Spurs kept pushing it to 25 and the League didn't want the FT disparity to be so obvious
Wolves got 31 FT attempts!!! vs 18 for the Spurs at HOME.

Sorry but the NBA is such a product,you can predict when the score starts to get out of hand the whistles will blow just so people don't change the channel

that's true, Gay and DeRozan created plenty of contact while driving to the hoop in the 2nd quarter, but couldn't get any calls while Harden got them all the time for basically the same play on the other end. That's why we couldn't expand the lead when they were missing shots. Still we lost cause of giving up offensive boards. That was the main reason

DeRozan and Aldridge make the Spurs 12 pts worse when they are on the court, the second worst mark on the entire team only behind everyone's favourite player: Dante Cunningham.
