This all goes back to DarrinS’s crippling fear of college students, and how comedians are all having a hissy fit over being kicked off stage at college campuses. Suddenly Darrin loves liberal minded comedians because they’re butting heads with these college kids that trigger him.

Sounds like, for you, jokes against maligned classes of people that you don't relate to are fair game, but jokes against conservative Presidents, congressmen, pundits, etc. aren't your thing. Guessing Colbert and John Oliver aren't your cup of tea.

Maybe a bit of a rocky start, mainly because Burr brought up the "rage comic" intro and Colbert asked him to elaborate. Didn't see much issue with the rest of it. Seemed pretty amicable. It wasn't like David Letterman vs. Paris Hilton or anything. But I don't usually watch late night interviews anyway. I'm sure they're not always comedy gold.
