They had their chances to win the division and blew it. Not our problem.
I just think, aside from the HFA factor, today's game is just a masterpiece example of how coaching can singlehandedly win or lose big games.

The Chargers have considerably more talent on both sides of the ball than the Patriots, and they're getting s acked 35-7 at halftime by a team with far less talent... basically 2014 Colts-Pats all over again... how else does this happen aside from a supreme difference in coaching?

The travel schedule has been brutal for the chargers recently. Not too surprising they're getting on.

Light was elite and not really the problem against the Giants in the Super Bowls so much as the leaky interior was.

Damn... if not for the fluky ass Dolphins play, next week would be Chiefs/Pats in Foxboro.

QBs are evenly matched in this game. But you've got a 57 ovr coach going up against the GOAT coach. Who else has 5 rings with such marginal talent on offense? Not to mention his elite defense was lost halfway into his dynasty and it didn't faze him.

All they really need is a bunch of smart white receivers and a guy who isn't white but his name is White.
Their back-up receiver named Michel. Bellicek likes his black guys in check like Pop does.

If not for the fluky ass play where Hightower... meh, we can play this game all day. It is how it should be.

Main difference is... Belichick is a known Republican/Trump supporter, though he isn't an idiot that tweets about it all the time/makes a big deal of politics like that.

No excuses. Great teams transcend distance, time, and schedule. Great coaches get their teams ready to fight and win big games regardless of venue. The Chargers were 9-0 outside of LA coming into this game. No excuses. The Chargers just don't have a competent head coach (or owner, really).

nah, Chargers need to put Kellen Clemens in the game and call it a season, and get their war room ready for April's draft, tbh.

the league gotta protect both these QBs because they're the 2 most pocket statue QBs in the league tbh.

Terrible challenge, it was pretty clear live that he recovered his own fumble anyways.

If Belichick hadn't challenged the Mario Manningham play, maybe they would have had a better chance to win that time?

Yeah or maybe Welker catches a wide open pass, or if on the final drive Aaron Hernandez doesn’t drop multiple passes and commit the most heinous murder of his life by killing Brady’s chance at a comeback.

Logan Mankins was the problem. Dan Koppen wasn’t good or anything but everyone knew that so it was easy to gameplay around, Mankins was supposed to be a pro bowler and he regularly got his teeth kicked in by Tuck.
