So after watching the full video and reading the full story, these kids are probably for the most part over-privileged heads and they were definitely mocking Phillips, but this is being blown out of proportion as a much bigger deal than it really is. We have multiple football and baseball teams, at the pro and collegiate level, with cheers that mock Native Americans (not intended to be a complaint about those teams, just saying you shouldn't fault a bunch of high school students for engaging in behavior that's been as normalized as fake Native American rituals has).
The black Israelites were clearly the ones instigating everything and I'm not going to hold it against a group of high school students for reacting when people are yelling vile at them and calling them inbreds or future school shooters. I'm also not sure what Phillips' hope was when he walked over to them and started playing the drum, there's no logical explanation for why that would be expected to de-escalate the situation.
So it's just so happened the kid in Bengals gear, happened to find his way with the Covington kids who go to school in Bengals country?

I just think that's an intellectually inconsistent stretch. When the Israelites are yelling (unprovoked) offensive at them you're calling it trolling, but when the high school students start engaging in the same behavior, you're calling it incel rampage. Referring to what the Israelites were doing as trolling isn't very different from when Conservatives defend the re ed DJT says with "lulz he's just triggering the libs". In both instances, it's mean spirited and ignorant people saying with the goal to instigate and/or offend.
If it were a bunch of grown men who responded the way the CCBs did then I'd agree on calling it incel rampage since I'd expect anyone over 25 years old to have the maturity to ignore the stupid the Israelites were saying, but I don't think it's very far from normal high school student behavior to respond with your own offensive insults in response to receiving them.
If it were the Westboro Baptists instead of the Black Israelites who were yelling the incendiary , I'm fairly confident the SJW crowd wouldn't have its panties in a wad over this.
