For example if I were GM worth my salt I would think I could do more weth a middling pick than the Lakers.
IF lakers can get Kuzma with the 25-28th type pick ...I would bet on myself I could do better ... rather than take Wagner/hart/zubac etc.

two things:

1. ZO (and Kuzma) being considered more valuable than BI has gotta be a blow to his confidence ...
2. Not sure why zo's camp would not want Nola ... they play uptempo which eh absolutely needs. randle can help with transition. And Holiday actaually performs best at SG
3. Also sux for us to sell BI at his lowest value

NOLA would surely want to dump Holiday's contract if they're handing you Davis for crap, so there is no way out of the Lakers gutting their team if they trade for Davis.
