    Good, tbh.

In every other league in the World the kid who is ready to go pro, goes pro; no matter what age. If someone is good enough, why should he wait an arbitrary age to join a team?

This. Heck, even if a kid is 15 years old and is somehow ready for the NBA, he should be able to drop out of school and do it provided he gets parental consent.

Ever since the first blacks made it to America VIA Jamestown, whites want to dictate what blacks can and can not do when it comes to their vocation, it's part of America's tradition.

Good. The NCAA doesn't pay their players, yet they rake in millions annually.

The us edu system is a big scam. I've seen mexican illegals with only a mexican third grade edu run construction companies here in the usa and being successful at it. They self taught themselves the necessary requirements in order to function in u.s. society. Things like construction math and basic conversational english are no problem for most of them. Meanwhile our kids are addicted to smartphones and selfies and can't do in coming out of highschool at 18. I've seen a 17 year old middle eastern kid run an hvac installation crew here in S.A. I asked him how long did he go to school in israel and he said till 5th grade, and then he started working with his uncles hvac company at age 11, and hasnt been to grammer school since. That kid was already getting his 6 month hvac certification and epa at 17. His english was decent and he was ready banging 18 + year old chicks.

If your not going into finance, stem, medic field, etc...school is a huge waste of time for most people after 8th grade. The system is meant to keep you in perpetual adolescence.

I say let these kids play! it! The game of basketball knows no colors or age!

Perfect for today’s nba. It’s not like they are learning anything they can apply in the nba anyways. No point learning footwork or post skills or defensive schemes or offensive schemes for that matter. today’s nba is all about athleticism, chucking shots and getting fouled. You don’t need college to teach you that.

I meant every other basketball league. Actually it is any non-US league, on any sport.

Fine idea, but NBA clubs sorely need a coherent development system so raw talent doesn't get wasted. An NBA franchise isn't going to have time to develop a 17 year old phenom on the go. So many lotto picks with obvious raw talent have been wasted.
