The bolded alone would sink this plan cost-wise - like Medicaid (nursing home) for all the Medicare people. Long-term care (insurance) is EXTREMELY expensive - kicks in with loss of 2 of 6 daily activities or cognitive impairment (remember the coming increase in dementia/Alzheimer's)

We also drastically need to cut military spending. I harp on defense spending because if we put the same amount of money into infrastructure and healthcare that we've put into like wars and 1.5 trillion fighter planes over the years, we'd have infrastructure and healthcare that would be second to none.
