RIP that high low play that worked once a game.
RIP this dumb er flailing and screaming.
RIP at him screaming at the refs while leisurely jogging up the court as the other team plays 5 on 4.

    You won't be missed.
RIP “we need him against the Rockets”

Suppose Gasol had rejected that opening offer. Would that mean his salary still takes up cap space for next year?
Sup, Uriel. Do think the Spurs can still repair the relationship with Kawhi, tbh?

“Lockerroom guy, corporate knowledge” yet this dude was more delusional about himself than Parker was his last few seasons here. Pau. One of my most hated Spurs of all time

Definitely helps out Gasol. I don't see any particular benefit to the Spurs.

Lmao forgot who actually said that but jesus christ some of the Kool Aid that people drink around here...

There were some people that were actually rooting for Pau to reclaim the backup big minutes when he was "healthy"....

It's bad enough that the coach and front office are so behind the times but it's disturbing when some of the fans still think it's 2007

The benefit to the Spurs is paying less salary - hopefully not having any of his salary on our books next season.

Nah, far more disturbing that the jokers in control of the team are so delusional.

Do y’all think this could be a sign we plan to bring Nikola milutinov over this offseason or just both party’s just wanted to part ways?
Perhaps a little bit of both?

Not unless Spurs are trading 1 of Aldridge or Poeltl, otherwise no point in him being the third C imo

    What? The benefit is huge.....

-Pop doesn't have the option to put another garbage rotation player in when his mind wanders, he's already got that luxury with Qpon, Dante, etc....
-Jakob doesn't have to look over his shoulder every time he makes a mistake to see if that 7ft jar of Spanish molasses isn't at the scorer's table signifying the start of an 8-0 run for the other team.....

Look, the Spurs still suck. They maybe would have been able to salvage their season if they made this move a month ago instead of now but just having loser ass Pau off the team is immensely beneficial in so many ways.

With Gasol being bought out and Forbes out with an injury, seems like things are looking up.
